Carol Sue (Adkins) Isaacs Obituary

Carol Sue (Adkins) Isaacs of McKee passed away Sunday March 31, 2024 at the St. Jospeh Hospital in Berea, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Ira and Myrtle (Rogers) Adkins.

Carol is survived by her husband Lanny Isaacs, by her son Jason Ray Marcum and by her three grandchildren she was raising as her own Adam Marcum, J.J. Marcum and Jayla Adams and husband Jay all of McKee. A sister Brenda Issacs. She was also blessed with the following grandchildren, Tyler and Marlee Marcum, Hannah and Alicia Gilliam as well as one great grandchild Emerson Adams.

In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by one son Joey Ray Marcum, and a great grandchild Oliver Adams. Also, her sister Cathy Adkins and a brother Larry B. Adkins.

Funeral Services for Carol were held at 2pm Thursday April 4, 2024 at the Lakes Funeral Home McKee with Brother Mark Horn officiating. Burial will follow at Harrison Cemetery in McKee. Pallbearers: Jay Adams, Mike Hays, Mike Abner, Matthew Harrison, Josh Maggard & Keith Hobbs. Lakes Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. www.lakesfuneralhomemckee.com
