Alesia Roi Anderson, 64, of Annville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully at her home on May 6, 2026.
She was born on October 2, 1961, in Beverly, Kentucky, to Roy and Edith Collett Smith. She was preceded in death by her parents; her stepfather, Ed Smith; and her brother, Don Collett.
On August 12, 1978, she married the love of her life, Bill Anderson. Together they built a life full of love, family, and memories that will be cherished for years to come.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Anderson; her children, Brian Anderson and wife Jatana, Jessica Shearer and husband Russ, and Jonathan Anderson and wife Latasha; and her grandchildren, Keiton, Layla, Chase, Aiden, Drew, Jonah, Adam, Titus, and Elijah, who brought her so much joy.
She is also survived by her sister, Rita Hatfield and husband Lynn, as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Alesia devoted her life to serving others through her work. As one of the initial employees of Grace Health, she helped build the foundation of the organization and served in many roles over the years, including Director of Operations. Before retiring, she served as Executive Director of Community Based Services, leaving a lasting impact on the people and communities she cared so deeply about.
She was a member of Egypt Pentecostal Church and held a strong, steady faith in Jesus throughout her life.
She and Bill shared a love for traveling and spent many years exploring together. They took many cruises to the Caribbean, enjoyed camping, and made multiple trips out west, visiting places like Yellowstone, Glacier, and the Grand Tetons. Most recently, they took a trip across the country along Route 66.
More than anything, Alesia will be remembered for the way she loved her family and for her faith in Jesus. Her life was a reflection of both, and that legacy will continue to live on in all who knew her.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 A.M Saturday May 9, 2026 with Bro. Brian Thomas and Bro. Kevin Lloyd presiding. Burial will follow at the Liberty Cemetery. Pallbearers include Keiton Anderson, Chase Shearer, Austin Gray, Connor Hammons, Luke Kelley and Jake Collett. Honorary Pallbearers, Jonah Anderson, Aiden Shearer, Drew Shearer, Adam Anderson, Titus Anderson, Elijah Anderson and all nephews.
