Anthony D. Smith, better known as Tony, was born March 26, 1966, in Berea, KY and departed this life on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at the age of 60. He was the son of Dorothy (Belt) Smith of Annville and of the late Odell Smith.
In addition to his mother, Tony is also survived by his loving wife, Robin (Williams) Smith and by two children, Jared Smith and his wife Leeann and Serena Smith all of Annville. Along with his brother, Terry O. Smith and his wife Sherry of Lexington. He was blessed with two grandsons, Reed & Riley Smith and a host of other family members.
Other than his father, Tony was preceded in death by his infant brother, Charles.
Tony was a Baptist minister and a retired schoolteacher.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at the Lakes Funeral Home Bradshaw’s Chapel with Bro. Shawn Madden officiating. Burial to follow in the House, Carpenter & Williams Cemetery. Pallbearers: Keith Muncy, Buddy Sharp, Arlie Jones, Jacob Hammons, Jacob Bowling and Robbie Belt. Honorary pallbearer: Terry Smith.
