Jackson County Sheriff Daniel Isaacs reported to the public that on Monday June 29th, 2026 at approximately 3:14pm Jackson County Deputy Sheriff Logan Hacker arrested Rhonda Pierce, 62, of McKee, KY.
The arrest occurred along L Russel Road approximately 12 miles north of McKee following a call for service alleging that Pierce was violating a protective order granted.
Upon Deputy Hacker’s arrival he readily observed Pierce in proximity of the home the petitioner was in. Pierce walked herself to Deputy Hacker’s patrol vehicle, and stated she was getting in because she knew she was actively violating the protective order.
Rhonda Pierce was transported to and lodged in the Jackson County Detention Center on the charge of: Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.
Deputy Hacker was assisted at the scene by Sheriff Daniel Isaacs.
