We are deeply saddened to report that James “Moose” Morgan, our friend and everyone’s favorite newspaper carrier, is not doing well. He has had some serious health setbacks and is now in Hospice Care in Richmond. It is unknown at this point how much time he might have left with us on this earth. We know that many of you know and appreciate “Moose.”
We are asking that those who wish to do so send him a card to wish him well or just let him know you are thinking about him. It would mean a great deal to him and to us as well. Moose never missed a Wednesday getting the papers to the stands. It didn’t matter the weather, he was always in London to pick up each weekly issue bright and early on Wednesday Morning.
He could be counted on, and he made many friends along the route. He never missed a chance to make others feel connected or just give them a kind word. His heart is big and it overflows with love for his fellow man. To hear from those who have been missing him would be a pleasure for him during a time when pleasures are few and far between.
Those who wish to send a card may address it to James “Moose” Morgan c/o Cameron Morgan - 200 Scenic Drive, Berea, KY 40403.
