Whether it be Thunder Storms, Snow Storms or Ice, we can count on the outage teams of Jackson Energy to be out there taking care of outages and getting the lights back on as quickly as possible. We all know our linemen are Heroes and we take great pride in recognizing them as such. There is a part of the outage team, however, who work in the background. We don’t see them and seldom do we know who they are. These are the people letting the linemen know where to go. This year, for our first responders tribute, we wanted to be sure and recognize the names and faces who are seldom seen and rarely given credit for the important part they play in “Keeping the Light On.” In so doing we would like to introduce them. If you see them out, be sure and thank them!
