Denver Ray Tincher, age 68, of Tyner, KY, passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. He was born on August 8, 1957.

Denver was the son of the late Robert Tincher and Allene Flannery.

He is survived by his soulmate and wife, Virginia Lee Bowling Darda Tincher. He is also survived by four children: Donnie Ray Tincher (Renee Dyer), Tonia Bowen (Jeremy), Tammie Bowles (James), and Thomas Darda.

He was a beloved grandfather to Bryan Mullins (Ashley), Karli Daugherty (Hobie), Mackenzie Bowles (Matt) and Emily Smith.

He was a great-grandfather to Kambree Mullins, Kashton and Jase Daugherty. He also deeply loved his adopted granddaughter, Christy, and her son, Camden Craig.

He is survived by eight siblings: Eddie Mays, Sharon Moberly, Deena Tuffland, Troy Conrad, Robin Tincher, Lynn Tincher, Paula Freeman, and Ruth Renolds.

He was an employee of Woodcraft.

He became a member of Union Baptist Church.

He loved to talk to any and everyone he met. He never met a stranger.

He would always try to help friend or stranger alike. There was nothing he wouldn’t do for a friend.

We will forever miss his kindness, love, laughter, and awesome sense of humor.

But the most important thing in this world and the next, Praise God, is that he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. He really let his light shine before he passed.  He was such a beautiful witness to his family and friends.

He will be forever missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

Thank You! May God bless you all.

A private celebration of life for Denver Ray Tincher will be held at a later date.
