KSP Arrest Tyner Woman Following Narcotics Investigation

According to Uniform Citation #FF71022, on February 23, 2026, Kentucky State Police Post 7 Richmond arrested a Jackson County woman following the execution of a search warrant related to illegal narcotics.

As a result of the investigation, Felicia Potter, 42, of Tyner, Ky, was arrested and charged with the following offenses:

• Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense, Fentanyl
• Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offense (Drug Unspecified)
• Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 3rd Degree, 1st Offense, (Drug Unspecified)
• Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess

Potter is being held in custody in the Jackson County Detention Center under a $25,000 cash bond. The investigation remains ongoing.

As in all cases at this stage of adjudication, the charges are allegations and the defendant is presumed innocent until provided due process and determined to be guilty by the court.
