Cody Tincher, 24, of London, KY, was scheduled to be arraigned in District Court on Monday in Case #26-M-00022.
Jackson County Sheriff Daniel Isaacs reported to the public that on Wednesday, March 18th, 2026, at approximately 6:13 pm, Jackson County Deputy Sheriff Chris Baldwin arrested Cody Tincher of London, KY.
According to the Sheriff’s report, the arrest occurred along Medlock Lane, approximately 9 miles south of McKee, following a call for service alleging domestic violence at a residence.
Upon arrival at the residence, the parties involved were separated and interviewed by Deputy Baldwin. Throughout the course of this investigation, information was provided to Deputy Baldwin, indicating that a domestic violence incident had taken place, and Tincher was taken into custody without further incident. Tincher was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest.
Cody Tincher was transported to and lodged in the Jackson County Detention Center on his outstanding warrant of arrest charging “Non Payment of Fines”, in addition to the charge of: Assault 4th Degree (DV, no visible injury).
Deputy Baldwin was assisted at the scene by City of McKee Police Officer Zander Elam.
At the arraignment, Tincher entered a plea of not guilty to the charges. A pretrial conference was scheduled for April 06, 2026.
Tincher was released from custody on a $750 cash bond with the condition of having no contact with the alleged victim. *Please note the updated correction above*
