Andy Beshear was elected governor with the female vote. He was reelected governor with the female vote. He now believes that with the female vote he could win the ‘28 Democrat nomination for president (or more realistically find his way onto the ticket as vice president). He’s not wrong.
We’ve all known Andy Beshears throughout our lives. They histrionically told the ladies just what they wanted to hear. They got many dates; and they were all full of malarkey.
The cold hard facts are that the last Democrat presidential candidate to win the male vote was Lyndon Johnson in 1964. (He was also the last Democrat to carry the white vote.) So yes, anything is possible for Andy Beshear as long as a majority of Gyno-Americans continue to vote blindly for the Democrat Party on Election Day. Conversely, without easily manipulated voting blocs, the Democrat Party is sunk.
I’m blunt. I respect women and that’s why I’ve always spoken frankly with them. Did such honesty cost me dates as a young man? Of course it did. However, as Uncle Jess Bowling said: “You can sleep when you’ve got a clear conscience.”
