Virginia Lee Parker was born July 7, 1945, in Middletown, Ohio and departed this life Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at her residence in Annville being 80 years of age. She was the daughter of the late Ruben & Jeanette (Gabbard) Vaughn.
She is survived by her loving husband, Tom Parker and by two children, Jeff Parker and his wife Lana and Tracy Carpenter and her husband Ed all of Annville. Other survivors include here siblings, Randall Vaughn and his wife Scarlett and Kathy Purvis and her husband, Chuck. She was blessed with two grandchildren, Jeanetta Fields and Jaden Carpenter and his wife Emily and by two great-grandchildren, Koe Carpenter and Anna Lee Carpenter.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, November 13, 2025, at the Parker Family Cemetery in Annville. Lakes Funeral Home was in entrusted with arrangements. www.lakesfuneralhomemckee.com
