Wade Foutch was born in Clay County, Kentucky on November 20,1942 and departed this life on Sunday, September 7, 2025, he was 82 years old. Wade is the son of the late Pearl and Eulalia (Keith) Foutch.
He is survived by his sisters, Coreen (Eugene) Brewer and Lois (Billy) Holcomb, both of Annville. As well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Wade was preceded in death by his siblings, Cecil Foutch, Raymond Foutch, Barbara Ann Foutch, Carlen Hill, Beatrice (Ralph) Holcomb and Fern (Versel) Jewel.

Funeral Services for Wade will be held at 2 P.M. on Wednesday, September 10,2025 at the Lakes Funeral Home in McKee with Bro. Joe Fox presiding. Burial will follow at the Macedonia Cemetery in Manchester. Pallbearers include Tommy Brewer, Terry Holcomb, Jeffrey Holcomb, Kenneth Holcomb, and Jackie Foutch. Honorary Pallbearers include Ricky Foutch, Freddie Hill and Roger Foutch.
A visitation will begin at 12 Noon on Wednesday, September 10 at the Lakes Funeral Home Chapel in McKee.
