"Adopt An Artist" Businesses & Creative Community Collaboration

THE PROGRAM
The art piece being exhibited in the lobby of PRTC Office in McKee, KY is part of a collaboration between Jackson County businesses and the Jackson County Creative Community through the Adopt an Artist program. Citizens are encouraged to look for participating businesses throughout Jackson County displaying artwork through the Adopt an Artist program and to support the artists, businesses, and creative efforts that help strengthen our community.

THE ARTIST
Gregory Lakes is a Jackson County resident and artist/sculptor. This particular piece, Elemental Growth, is a replica of a larger outdoor sculpture sponsored by Jackson County Tourism and slated for installation at the McKee Sculpture Park. The piece represents the connection between creativity, community, and the natural elements that shape Jackson County.
